Our Residential Work

Whether your home is a venue for entertaining, a showcase for your art collection, or a historic structure worthy of preservation, we can add “wow factor” touches that delight your guests and make everyday living a joy.

The Ungless Residence

An exceptional modern renovation in the heart of German Village. The owner wanted a home that would reflect his personal style and eye for refined details. We worked closely with the architect to bring his vision to life – from custom cabinetry,  wire brushed white oak stair case, mouldings, and doors to modern window casings to fit the true historic wood windows. In addition, we provided solid surface bathroom counters, granite, marble and composite stone throughout the home.

For their upscale vacation home, the Kendall family wanted decorative details that put an elegant spin on Southern hospitality. We provided interior archways, curved window frames, and round crown moulding – each adding finesse to this charming beach house.

The Bexley Penthouse

This top-story penthouse was made for curved trim. We finished this one-of-a-kind “constellation” ceiling with two rows of curved crown molding around the recessed area. We also encircled a round light in the hallway and a beautiful art glass window.

The Loch Lomond Residence

A grand home in a gated community, this house was enhanced by our curved trim inside and out — from exquisite interior archways to architectural extensions on the outside decks. Each detail added richness to the original floor plan.

The Finn Residence

In a unique home with gothic architecture, we created door trim and window frames that made these pointed arches even more eye-catching. We successfully matched the style of the home while adding a luxurious upgrade.

The Woodward Residence

To remodel this home in spectacular style, we worked with the architect and designer to create dramatic arches over this gourmet kitchen. Our gorgeous cherry beams were fitted with lights, and completely transformed the shape of the room.
